Remodeling

We gut the interior and exterior, rough in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, and finish the project when we promised so that you can put your upgraded operations into action.

Maintenance Services

Depending on the size of your terminal, we offer a scheduled set of dock maintenance services from once a year to quarterly to keep your business rolling.

How does it work? After setting up a convenient time to ensure minimal downtime in your loading docks, we go door to door and dock plate to dock plate, inspecting, greasing, adjusting, and repairing or replacing. And in addition to your docks, our service includes repairing or replacing your surrounding structures like commercial gates, fence posts, lighting, dock levelers, and overhead doors.

- Complete facility inspection with detailed reports and pictures of findings and repairs

- Inspect, adjust, and repair or replace pit levelers, edge dock levelers, dock bumpers, dock door seats, dock stripping, overhead doors, and forklift ramps

- Loading dock maintenance includes terminal repainting and striping as well as exterior repainting and restriping the yardn

- Maintenance includes all electrical site lighting including exterior lighting
